“So I will show my greatness and my holiness and make myself known in the eyes of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.” Ezequiel 38:23

First of all we must put an end to the myth that says we should go to church to find God. The Holy Bible tells us that God is everywhere, and that is why the concept that we must go to God and not Him to us is so important. We must realize that Christ is everywhere and in all circumstances: in good times and in bad. If we keep that in mind we will achieve a more fluid relationship with Him.

“Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting thou art God.” Psalms 90:2

God is in those who are in need. No doubt we will find God more present in those who are most disadvantaged, in those who have fallen in disgrace, in the brethren who desperately need our help. That is why it is important to help others: it is God's way of making those who can, to reach out and help those who need it most.

“Who has performed and done this, calling the generations from the beginning? I, the Lord, the first, and with the last; I am He.” Isaiah 41:4

God is in the children. Because they are the future and the hope of love that this troubled world has been needing for a while, they will carry out a revolution of love and will banish all kinds of temptations, diseases, and traces of evil from the face of the earth. Look into the eyes of a child and you will find God’s gaze in them. Therefore remember to take children into account, who are possibly wiser than adults.

“And I will vindicate the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them; and the nations will know that I am the Lord, says the Lord God, when through you I vindicate my holiness before their eyes.” Ezequiel 36:23

God is in the hard times in our life. It is important not to forget that God never abandons us, even in the most difficult times that we go through. Let us remember that Christ’s plans always have a reason and His will manifests in all things that happen to us. It is our duty to ask ourselves what is the message that God wants to give us in those moments.

“who builds his upper chambers in the heavens, and founds his vault upon the earth; who calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out upon the surface of the earth—the Lord is his name.” Amos 9:6

God is in prayer. Because that is our way of communicating with Him, because through the power of prayer we can establish an even closer bond with our Father, opening our heart that way and letting Him enter in order to bathe us with His healing light and heavenly love.

“I am the Lord your God from the land of Egypt; you know no God but me, and besides me there is no savior.” Hosea 13:4

God is in our repentance. This is a concept that we must remember when it seems as if we have moved away from His path. There is only one path that will lead us to be closer to Him in such circumstances, and it is genuine repentance. Remember that no sin weighs us down, no matter how serious it may have been, as long as our repentance is truly heartfelt.
