The Holy Spirit provides us with life, warmth, maturity. We associate it with happiness, joy of life. It is related to the warmth of love, which burns, which urges, which invites us to feel, but also with the urgency and with the speed that the Lord demands.
It is also related to intensity, to what happens without further ado, without calm, without retreat or rest. Faith is life, it is flora and fauna, it is the awakening, it is the company that gives us strength, that if we allow it too much room, it can give us the definitive guide to be able to heal. It is the love of God, its purest and most direct representation to our heart.
"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10
Some extreme emotions such as elation, sadness, anxiety or worry, fear, anger, can be associated with particular moments in our life.
Feeling this way, overflowing with emotions, may be associated with certain attitudes towards our being. Happiness is associated to the heart, sadness or melancholy to moments where we find it hard to breathe perhaps. The connection turns out to be very close to our body and our own reactions.
There are some ways to achieve a balance to avoid falling into situations that impact our path of light.
If we manage to have clear objectives and act accordingly, we will be giving place to the love of the Lord. The only remedy capable of healing our inner fire.

It is time to share more time with the Lord. To integrate it as a part of your daily life: make it an important part of your life.
This age accustoms us to be more individualistic beings, to not depend on anyone, to form liquid bonds, which fall apart from one moment to the next without more than a text message or a couple of words.
To foster this union between being and God, we can establish a series of spaces of spiritual connection, from prayer, from the recurrent reading of the Holy Word, accompanying loved ones who need our help, approaching in a natural and concrete way to the Holy Spirit in short. We have the tools within reach, we must try to take the reins and give a place in our hearts to the love of the Heavenly Father.
"The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid?" Psalm 27:1
Think of those people who convey warmth, warmth. It can be a friend, your current partner, a beloved family member, or simply someone who gives you that feeling of warmth and joy.
Now think of the Lord in the same way. identify these people that you like, that make you feel good and you will notice that God possesses the same qualities and gifts that make you feel so joyful and with infinite love. Embrace the Holy Spirit so that you can give Him the welcome He deserves in your days. Of course you do not forget the Lord, but if you manage to give Him that entity and that place just as you do with dedication to your loved ones, you will really notice a radical change in your spirituality and in your self-love.
