The First Step: Recognizing When We Have a Problem

Being able to ask for help in time is the key to getting ahead. Explore ways to come to the rescue now in the following article.

"If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root, do not consider yourself to be superior to those other branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you. You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I could be grafted in.” Granted. But they were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but tremble." Romans 11:17-20

If we are able to recognize in the first instance that we need the Lord's help, then we will be advancing along the path of good and the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit.

To be able to solve the problems that we face daily is part of an exercise that we can deepen by praying and having the Sacred Word as our ally at all times and in all places.

"This is what the Lord says: ´Let not the wise boast of their wisdom or the strong boast of their strength or the rich boast of their riches, but let the one who boasts boast about this: that they have the understanding to know me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,´ declares the Lord." Jeremiah 9:23-24

From the moment of our birth, we must recognize that we always depend on a mother, a father or a person to take care of us, feed us and gradually begin to teach us how to speak, walk and delimit our living environment.

It is the same with the Lord: as soon as we are able to connect with the Faith and Glory of the Heavenly Father, we will understand all His blessings and everything that nourishes our hearts. We learn from all the teachings that the Lord leaves us as a legacy just as Jesus did on the Cross.

It takes a lot of courage to recognize that we are all sons and daughters of the Heavenly Father and as such, we will be formed day by day with his eternal wisdom.

"Hear and pay attention, do not be arrogant, for the Lord has spoken. Give glory to the Lord your God before he brings the darkness, before your feet stumble on the darkening hills. You hope for light, but he will turn it to utter darkness and change it to deep gloom. If you do not listen, I will weep in secret because of your pride; my eyes will weep bitterly, overflowing with tears, because the Lord’s flock will be taken captive." Jeremiah13:15-17

Problems and conflicting scenarios always have a solution. As we surrender to the Holy Spirit, we will begin an inner reconnection with our heart and with the values of the Faith.

This look will help us to concentrate on the mental and spiritual openness required to reach out to those who need it most. With love and respect, we will be able to be instruments of evolution towards a destiny of eternal Glory.

"On this mountain the Lord Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine— the best of meats and the finest of wines. On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations; he will swallow up death forever" Isaiah 25:6-8

To heal our wounds definitively, we can take an alternative path to the one we are currently on.

In prayer, with the sacred verses of the Bible that motivate and help us we can overcome any adversity. The Lord watches over us and guides us in his sacred purpose. The destiny of love and blessings that he has prepared for each brother and sister in the Faith is unique and is nourished by our daily decisions.

If we manage to stay on this path, we will be able to feel in a unique way all his glory and his love.
