Creating a daily routine of connecting with your spirituality will help you strengthen your heart.
"Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Lamentations 3:22-23
Starting our days with the awareness that we wake up with health, vitality and energy to face our tasks will help us a lot to continue on the path of the Lord.
If on any particular day we feel bad energy, little predisposition or discomfort because of something we feel or think, we have to be clear that healing must begin the first minute we wake up.
Daily prayer will strengthen our bond with the Lord. Undertake a regular and grateful dialogue so that it becomes routine, but not boring. A space for dialogue and healing consensus with the Father.
"But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble." Psalm 59:16
Just as in the morning some people have breakfast with fruits or juices, others do exercise or yoga routines, there are many people who take advantage of that morning peace to connect their soul with the Holy Spirit.
In this way, as with a meditation, in moments of solitude, concentration and silence, we will be able to deepen our connection with the Faith. If doubts, fears or questions that torment us early on emerge, it will be a unique space for learning about your inner self.
"Lord, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress." Isaiah 33:2
On a daily basis you will understand How people who exercise every day, tone their muscles and their body.
You can tone your heart and your soul: Hope will be renewed with each dawn, gratitude for what you are learning in your life and what is presented to you as an opportunity to get closer to the Holy Spirit, will be the basis to feel that the Lord is closer and closer to your heart and soul.
"The Sovereign Lord has given me a well-instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed" Isaiah 50:4
Eventually you will be looking forward to waking up every morning so you can connect with prayer. Some people do this routine at night, before going to sleep, but in some cases, being very tired and with very low energies makes one not to concentrate in that space of divine inspiration.
If it is necessary to do it at another time of the day because our daily chores do not allow us to use the morning to dialogue with the Heavenly Father, let us try to do it in a place and time of the day that is beneficial for us. Perhaps during lunch or why not before going to sleep. It does not matter where or when, the important thing is the permanence and perseverance of the dialogue and the gratitude during the prayer.
"Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits." Psalm 103: 1-2
The Lord's will is clear for each of his sons and daughters. He wants them to overcome at all times, to learn from adversity and from the situations in which each person is involved.
The decisions we make will design the future of each one of us and it is for this reason that we will have the necessary opportunities to approach Jesus, to be able to ask for enlightenment, for his guidance and to have him as a fundamental ally when it comes to draw strength to continue moving forward.
