We do not live without breathing, we do not live without food or love. Discover the way to think about your basic needs in order to feel in full happiness..
"Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God." Mark 10:27
We do not lack the time to look at heaven. We do not lack the opportunity. We do not lack the desire to do so, and we do not even doubt the pleasure we will derive from doing so. We just lack the strength to decide to do something unique to bring us closer to the Holy Spirit.
This simple action can bring us spiritual well-being, and we may feel that it has no place in such a material world. We lack the resolve to take the time to cultivate and deepen our relationship with the Holy Spirit.
To pause to refocus our faith, re-focusing our spiritual life, correcting the course of light that the Lord has set for us.
It is those minutes, of which we deprive ourselves daily, that would help us to have inner peace and tranquility.
"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Psalm 139:13-14
All the internal processes that lead us to growth with God need time, patience, dedication and much love.
For this, we must take our eyes off our daily acts to put the Savior as our priority. This superior being who allows us to look at the ground in order to look at the sky: if we succeed in making this small change of perspective, it will bring about a new position in the course of each day.
In prayer, with a new sense of existence under the Glory of the Lord, it will allow us to perceive a new horizon. Our problems become smaller when we unite with the Holy Spirit. Do not fear the passing of events, we are part of something greater, we have our own brilliance, we belong to the flock of God.
"Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke them. Then he gave them to the disciples to distribute to the people. 17 They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over." Luke 9:16-17
It is difficult to perceive the right point of balance. We must try to think of that place or moment in which we would feel at ease, as a valuable and indispensable element for the Lord to move into our heart.
It may be something complicated but not impossible, but it is a unique balance that allows us to be healthy, enjoying life.
We must not fall into the temptation of believing that we are too important, but not too little either. Take care of ourselves as valuable and unique beings, take care and respect our body and have respect for the environment that surrounds us.
Nourishing our faith in a healthy way, connecting with nature, praying, reading the Bible and doing good are the best ways to stay on the right path.
"Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done." Matthew 21:21
We could recount the bitter experiences that have happened to us in life. But it is much better to leave them behind. Many times it is difficult for us, and we think we have forgotten situations that are still very present in our lives.
When we start a project, or meet new people, friends, colleagues, perhaps someone to walk with us in life; an internal alarm sounds in our feelings, it is because we are unknowingly tied to the past.
To those moments that have made us suffer, and we are afraid to repeat. Propose a change of focus and vision in the present in order to align our future in the path of Jesus. Give more importance to the happy experiences, than to the bitter ones. You will see how it changes for the better, your way of facing life and projecting a healthier construction of Faith.
