Respect for the Values of Love

By being able to identify the fundamental pillars of respect, love and understanding we will be able to evolve. Incorporate from the following article these ways of recognizing everything around you in a different way.

"Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience." Colossians 3:12

When you relate to the Holy Spirit absolutely nothing is ever lost. When there is love, when the surrender is mutual before God, we have to understand that selfless love that our Heavenly Father has. That gift, that genuine feeling exists in every blessing that comes our way in life.

Sometimes we do not find ourselves emotionally to receive so much love. That is much more serious... It is time to overcome those ties of the past.

There will be people who were important in your life, a part of an old chapter of your life that only causes you nostalgia and melancholy. But there will also be others who will inspire you with many good memories, a privileged love like the one we received from the Savior.

"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Proverbs 15:1

Some people experience difficulties in receiving, and then, in spite of the Holy Spirit manifesting Himself with acts of love and showing the light on the way, in many opportunities the perception and the opening of the heart is clouded.

To the extent that we show ourselves with more reception and real attention to our feelings before the Lord, we will be accumulating ascending steps to our spiritual connection.

When we accumulate these positive experiences, we feel that we have something to give back to God. That is when we develop feelings of pure and proper love and become sensitive to the people around us and to our community.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law." Galatians 5:22-23

What is certain is that the more exchange we have with the Holy Spirit, the more our relationship with God will be nurtured.

The responsibility is ours as we must always take care of that balance. The opposite of love is not hate, contrary to popular belief. Love and hate are two strong emotions that can strengthen any bond, and make it last for years, for better or for worse. It is disinterest, indifference, that often leads to the deviation of our sense of reality and respect for the Lord.

"But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand." 1 Chronicles 29:14

The Lord invites you to devote time to You. Take time alone to reconnect with prayer. Listening to your heart those prayers from the depths of your being that reflect those wounds that have not yet been healed by the light of the Heavenly Father.

When you receive, you feel the desire to give. In this way the balance of the parts is restored. This balance is constantly changing because life moves forward and each person makes decisions. But let us always remember that the Heavenly Father accompanies us in every step.
