Know the decisions that can be amended from love and respect. Discover in the following verses the way to connect with your inner self at this moment.

"Do not say, “Why were the old days better than these?” For it is not wise to ask such questions." Ecclesiastes 7:10

In times of inner healing, it is important to remember that we are in a constant process of growth and transformation. The difficult experiences we have gone through may leave emotional scars, but they also provide us with the opportunity to be reborn with resilience and wisdom, connecting us more deeply with the Lord.

When we are faced with adverse situations, such as grief or loss, it is essential to face and overcome them rather than deny or dismiss them. Jesus shows us his transformation and his deep connection to his cause and beliefs through the scars on his skin. He teaches us that every experience, even the most painful, can become a testimony of love, faith and hope.

"For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding." Proverbs 2:6

God's Word gives us stories and examples of people who performed miracles alongside Jesus, increasing the Glory of God with every action and decision. By immersing ourselves in the Holy Word, we can quench our thirst for spiritual wisdom and find comfort in the stories of those who have overcome difficulties and found peace in God's presence.

Our Heavenly Father and Jesus know our personal history. They have witnessed our emotions, ups and downs and changes throughout life. They know us intimately and are willing to offer us their support and unconditional love. By maintaining constant communication with them through daily prayer, we can strengthen our connection with the Holy Spirit and regain the hope necessary to experience happiness and cultivate the gifts God has bestowed upon us.

"Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil." Ephesians 5:15-16

In addition, it is essential to recognize that our environment and the people around us have a direct impact on our lives. If we are in a state of inner clarity and peace of mind, we can reach out to those who need our voice and help. Giving support to others can have a positive effect on their lives as well as our own, and allows us to share the love and peace that comes from God.

On the other hand, if we need a conversation or a moment of personal reflection, it is important to seek the support of friends, family or other trusted people. They will be happy to offer us their support and accompaniment, involving the Lord in our healing process and search for inner peace.

"If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." James 1:5

In this path of healing, we must focus on the process itself, on each step we take calmly and patiently, allowing the Glory of the Lord to accompany us. We should not be obsessed only with achieving a result, but value and learn from each stage of the process. Each small improvement and each step taken towards healing becomes a victory, bringing us closer and closer to happiness and to our Savior.

Healing the heart is a delicate and personal journey that requires time, dedication and compassion towards oneself. Each step we take in this process brings us closer to the fullness and inner restoration that God has in store for us. Let us trust in His love and grace, allowing His Holy Spirit to guide us on our path of healing and spiritual growth.
