Focusing on the negative will never help us overcome our adversities. Find the right answer in the following article.
"Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name." Psalm 100:4
Each person connects with our Heavenly Father in a unique and special way.
If we are able to give Him a greater dedication to cultivate and deepen our faith in order to draw closer to Him, He will allow us to receive all His enlightenment and spiritual guidance. Let us not allow ourselves to be robbed of the ability to be happy and to smile and the hope of being able to move forward in this life we have chosen as brothers and sisters in the Faith.
Negative and unconstructive comments should be forgiven. People who emit or think this way, live questioning our actions and discrediting our relationship with the Holy Spirit.
We must not ignore these people, we must explain to them and show them with concrete facts why the Faith mobilizes us in extraordinary ways, but if these people are foolish or simply seek to challenge us when we will show them our kinder side, we will show them our gentler side.
"I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete." John 15:11
The answer is no. Relationship with God cannot be measured in terms of relativity or duality. Faith is a personal journey that each one must travel at his own pace and in his own way. For this reason, the question of the last time we prayed should not be used as a comparative measure to judge a person's relationship with God.
On the contrary, the purpose of the question should be to motivate a deep reflection on the importance of prayer in one's life. Prayer is the means by which we communicate with God, so it is essential to strengthen our relationship with Him.
Through prayer, we can find the peace and strength necessary to face the challenges that arise in our daily lives.
"Lord, save us! Lord, grant us success! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. From the house of the Lord we bless you." Psalm 118:25-26
It is important to keep in mind that prayer does not have to be a tedious or monotonous task. Everyone can find his or her own way of communicating with God, whether through meditation, reading sacred texts, music, dance, silence or any other way that resonates with his or her inner being.
In addition, it is critical to understand that the relationship with God is not limited to specific times of prayer, but is an ongoing connection that we can cultivate throughout the day. We can find God's presence in the small details of our daily lives, in the people around us and in the events that happen to us.
"The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out the name of that person from the book of life, but will acknowledge that name before my Father and his angels." Revelation 3:5
In this sense, Faith is not something static, but is a constant evolution and growth. We must be open to new experiences and ways of understanding our connection with God, and be willing to question our beliefs and prejudices in order to deepen our relationship with Him.
Prayer is not the only means to strengthen our relationship with God. It is also important to cultivate values such as humility, compassion, generosity and gratitude, and to apply them in our daily lives. In doing so, we draw ever closer to the essence of the Divine and become instruments for manifesting His love and will in the world.
