Guiding Necessary Protection

You can generate extra protection in your life by focusing on prayer. Turn to the verses in the following article to generate that divine attraction.

"Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name." Psalm 100:4

Regardless of the language we speak, our social standing, our educational achievements, our musical tastes or the traditional cuisine of our region. What really unites us is our unwavering devotion to Jesus.

It is for this reason that, in every corner of the world, we recognize ourselves as one big family. We have a family nucleus in our homes, where we must reinvent ourselves, understand and care for one another. But we are also a family on a global level, connected by spirituality and prayer.

"The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." Psalm 18:2

Following the teachings of the Holy Spirit, from the sacred scriptures to the miracles we witness daily, we understand that our heavenly Father is faithful and an intrinsic part of His being. We can trust in Him and be strengthened in His presence to overcome the difficulties that come our way.

It is God the Father who guides us in his divine plan, allowing us to decipher his messages through particular situations and specific approaches.

If we want God to reside in our hearts, we have a clear responsibility. We must demonstrate with concrete actions our firm desire to remain faithful to Him, praying and complying daily with respect for His divine message of salvation.

"So he will sprinkle many nations, and kings will shut their mouths because of him. For what they were not told, they will see, and what they have not heard, they will understand." Isaiah 52:15

Let's imagine that we find ourselves walking through an unforgiving desert, without a shadow in sight, with scorching temperatures and a burning sun that scorches the earth. At that precise moment, we fervently long for a group of clouds to appear and hide the sun, or for those clouds to unleash a storm that relieves our situation.

On the other hand, someone who lives in a cold region, where clouds and rain are common during most of the year, longs to see the sun and feel its warm radiation on his skin. How relative can the longing or the situation in which we find ourselves be, right? What makes the perception so opposite between one and the other?

Our heavenly Father is never wrong. His divine plan is laid out and designed so that all of us, without exception, can delight in the foundations and certainties on which the Holy Spirit stands. We must always keep God in mind at every moment and in every place. His Word teaches us to go beyond the clouds that obscure the sun, to see beyond the tree that obstructs our vision of the forest.

"He made the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding." Jeremiah 51:15

We will always be heard and we will be given certainty in times of uncertainty, light in the darkness and peace to overcome situations of violence. God will be our lighthouse and our strength to reach a safe harbor, regardless of the scenario or situation. Jesus will be present in us and in those around us, as brothers and sisters in Faith.

Prayer is the channel to bring us closer to the Glory of God and the blessings that his son Jesus will fulfill for those people who long to have him by their side as a protective friend and faithful guide in the adverse moments of life.
