Connecting with Healing Thoughts

The construction of the actions and decisions we can make in life will depend on our way of focusing and moving forward positively. Find in these verses repair and healing for your heart.

"The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple." Psalm 19:7

If even though we are in a couple, surrounded by friends and family we feel that feeling of loneliness, then we need to think about whether we really give ourselves to God.

We will not be able to compare the bond that we can generate with a loved one or with a close person, with respect to the one that we could experience and that we will receive from Heaven from our Father. But let there be no doubt that we can initiate a leap and a detachment from the well that generates loneliness just by generously dedicating ourselves to Faith.

To feel full and sheltered by the Holy Spirit, following the paths and blessings that God has for each one of His children.

"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." Matthew 26:41

The mercy and justice that God imparts will guide you to position yourself in a new place of longing for yourself. It is the first step to overcome the existential emptiness you are experiencing.

You must first of all receive the necessary love and affection, self-imposed from your person. Then it is clear that we will have to take care of ourselves and put in the daily practice of life in the name of Jesus, all his guidance and teachings. In this way you will be able to put into action what people long for in you. Your characteristics that make you unique and distinctive.

Those same qualities for which they decide to be by your side accompanying you in your life. Just as we decide to follow the path of Faith and bet all our love on God the Father, we have to understand that this is a two-way street.

The relationships we establish are not beneficial bonds or mirrors that reflect the best of each being. To be able to establish the necessary expectations to be able to generate pure and expansive human relationships will help us overcome the fear of loneliness.

"But Joseph said to them, “Don’t be afraid. Am I in the place of God? 20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives." Genesis 50:19-20

The closest relationship we can build first must be the one we have with Our Heavenly Father. Only He knows who we really are on the inside.

There is no way to lie to Him because He knows all and sees it from on High. If we wish then to banish that empty and dark present of isolation and negative feelings of banishment, we must recognize ourselves before Jesus and extend our hand to Him so that He may guide us with His Light on the path of truth. It will then be our first step of conscious work, being Faithful to the principles found in the Holy Scriptures.

As well as the eventual situations that the Divine plan of God wants to impose us to overcome these barriers and put into practice everything we have learned so far.

"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans" Proverbs 16:3

Everything that nourishes our Faith, prayer, reading the Bible, being able to attend Church regularly, helping those who need it most, everything can link us more closely to God and His love will multiply in our body and in our being.

The Holy Spirit has this capacity and God wants each one of us to be able to take the transforming power of Faith to be able to heal within us and to be able to give us enough tools to heal those who wish to be in Peace.
