We have all the tools in our being, in our hands: the capacity to move forward together with the Heavenly Father. Know the verses that will help you heal right now.
"So no one can say that you were baptized in my name. Yes, I also baptized the household of Stephanas; beyond that, I don’t remember if I baptized anyone else. For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel—not with wisdom and eloquence, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power?" 1 Corinthians 1:15-17
Go for what you plan, with faith and hope that it will be good for you. If you remain unsettled, closed-minded, then none of the wonderful things God envisions can happen. You need to be willing to have that feeling of joy and love to build your paradise with Jesus right now. You can plan a lot about your life and your future, but if you don't put your mind to it, you won't have a chance to make it happen.
The Lord will always be on the way, guiding you, don't step aside, life is full of your gifts, you must move towards them. If we can maintain a steady and regular path on the path of enlightenment, the attraction of positive energy will protect us from many of our worries.
"For I know that through your prayers and God’s provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance." Philippians 1:19
Walking in the ways of the Lord is certainly not an easy thing. How can we live a life based on our faith, a strong faith that we cling to every day? Is it possible to take all the teachings that God, our Lord, left us with his word and translate them to the situation we face day by day in a life that is assaulted by technological progress and the continuous decay of morals and values?
Let us remember that at God's hand everything happens at a certain time, although this time does not usually coincide with our own. But why, what does Jesus want to teach us about this? One of the most important lessons that the Word of God teaches us is that He has a purpose for our lives, a purpose to which He has called us. From this arises a second lesson, and an important one that we often overlook: how to make this project a reality.
"Now listen, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.” Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.'" James 4:13-15
The Lord calls us to change, to grow in character and spirit, which is difficult and cannot happen overnight. Therefore, the second lesson he also teaches us is to achieve this change gradually, that is, step by step. God knows that it is not a question of quantity, but of quality, and that one step taken calmly and wisely will be better than two taken quickly.
This will not be an easy road, because all growth implies change, and all change generates fear and insecurity. However, every day we have a new opportunity to continue improving this quality.
"Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose." Philippians 2:12-13
It sometimes happens that, because we try to know ourselves and look at ourselves so closely, proximity distorts what we see, and we find it difficult - as when we want to photograph a flower from very close up - to get the focus right.
That is why it is useful for us to pray and read the Bible to know very concrete examples of the Glory of the Lord. To relive the teachings of Jesus and to understand that there are different realities and different people. We must learn from them, knowing that we all share the same house, the same path of light. We are all close to the Holy Spirit who connects us directly with the Lord.
If we learn to observe and recognize the presence of the Lord in our environment, we will be able to appreciate the beauty and blessings that surround us. Through adapting and waiting on the Lord, we will find our way to what we need.
And by focusing on the teachings of Jesus and connecting with the Holy Spirit, we will be able to better understand the Glory of the Lord and live in harmony with others. May each day allow us to marvel at the wonders the Lord shows us.
