A New Awakening

Every day we start we have the responsibility and the opportunity to create a new and unique world to be happy. In the next article we will be navigating ways to materialize our intentions.

"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not quench the Spirit." 1 Thessalonians 5:16-19

If we can understand that in waking up we should be thankful and maintain an attitude of gratitude for the life we are leading, then we will have different opportunities throughout the day and throughout life. The Lord will always be guiding us with his eternal wisdom, approaching us through life examples and scenarios that will help us to expand our spirit. Forging our heart and nurturing thoughts of good by the path of the Holy Spirit.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

Place your mind and intentions ahead of those superficial, materialistic longings that do not help you heal. Try to see beyond the obvious and remember all the teachings Jesus showed us on his journey. The Bible is our reference material and a manual of life that enlightens us at every step. We have many advantages and qualities to be thankful for in this life. That should be the first step every morning. To be thankful. To feel that the blessings of the Heavenly Father embrace our hearts. To prayerfully connect with His essence, living life to the fullest.

"I desire to praise you, O Lord, with my whole heart, and to tell of all your wondrous works." Psalm 9:1

It is not happiness that makes us thankful; it is gratitude to the Lord that makes us happy.

We all know people who have everything they need to be happy, and yet they are not happy, simply because they are not thankful for all they have. On the other hand, we all know people who are not fortunate at all, and yet they are happy, simply because they feel accompanied by the Holy Spirit and the Heavenly Father.

Don't you think then that gratitude is the key to happiness? Today Jesus invites you to connect with Faith and with your inner self in gratitude.

"You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God." 2 Corinthians 9:11

Let good things come into your life, magnify your spirit, reconcile your being with Faith. It is so easy and difficult at the same time, but it is actually a simple act of unfathomable depth to draw close to the Lord and the Holy Spirit. I don't think you have realized the importance of this proposal. Think about it, look around you at the reasons you have for doing it, and you will see a new path opening up in your daily existence. Make the necessary mental opening to be able to deepen your connection with the Heavenly Father: He has a perfect plan ready for your life.
