Sharing the Truths of Life

With the goal of being good children of God, part of being grateful to Him is to share with others the testimony of what He does for us.

“Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.” Hebrews 12:28

First of all, we must remember that the most important thing is to forgive others.  You cannot accept your forgiveness if you do not do the same for others. When we forgive those who offend us we are also honoring and thanking God .

“I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.” Ephesians 1:16-17

Spend time with Christ to improve your communication with Him through prayer. Spend a special moment where you can talk to God and read his word, where you will find hundreds of teachings that illustrate how to be grateful, in this way you will achieve an intimate relationship with Him and you can tell him how much it means for you to thank for everything that you have and for all the things that he does. This special time must be daily and personal: a special meeting between God and you .

“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.” Colossians 3:15

Offer him your gifts and talents, show him what you have done with the virtues and abilities that He has given you. The skills we have come from God, and what better way to thank him if he is not being useful to Him. Our Creator can give us even more capabilities than we imagine if we just ask Him and we are grateful to Him .

“I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips...” Psalm 34

Do not concentrate on everything that is negative. We all know that God does not promise us a life free of problems and bad times; instead, his promise is to be with us when at all times and times we need it. That is why we must learn to see the good side of life and enjoy every moment keeping in mind that God is always by our side.
